Certificate in Business Analysis

Certificate in Business Analysis (CBA) is a 5 day program spread over as many weekends conducted by ANISAN, to enable novices to embark on career as BA. Students taking this course have found this course a stepping stone to career as BA and have found that they are able to answer interview questions with ease. Some students have also availed of our placement assistance to launch their careers as BAs.

This course does not presume either IT knowledge or experience as Business Analysts. However a business orientation (not necessarily an MBA) and some IT exposure is preferred but NOT mandatory.

This course is based on Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), Version 2.0, published by IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis). Broad course content is as follows

 Part III - Practical

• Case Study that includes all Business Analysis Deliverables, assignments and Project

 Part IV – Technology for Business Analysis

• Concepts of Object Oriented Programming.
• Fundamentals of Prototyping
• Elicitation Activity -  JAD session/Interview Session
• Database Management for BA
• Basics of UML.
• Use of MS-Visio and other tools
• Data Mapping and Data flow diagrams.

This course enables non BAs to embark on career as BA.
